Will it fit my head?

It stretches to fit heads 55–60 cm (21.7–23.6 in) around. Measure just above your eyebrows and ears. Most adults land in that range.

Will my hair stay completely dry?

It keeps most water out, like any silicone swim cap, but no cap is 100% watertight. Expect some dampness around the edges, especially with long hair or lots of diving.
