This website is operated by BALDSPLASH. By visiting our site or purchasing from us, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

1. Use of the site

BALDSPLASH swim caps are novelty products designed for fun. They are not safety or flotation devices. Like most swim caps, they may not keep hair completely dry. Colors and prints may vary slightly from the images shown due to screen settings and manufacturing.

3. Pricing and availability

Prices and product availability may change without notice. We reserve the right to limit quantities and to refuse or cancel any order, including orders placed by resellers or containing pricing errors. If we cancel an order after payment, we'll issue a full refund.

4. Payment

Payments are processed securely through Shopify and our payment providers. You agree to provide accurate billing and contact information.

5. Shipping and returns

Shipping is governed by our Shipping Policy, and returns and refunds by our Refund Policy, both available on this site.

6. Intellectual property

All content on this site, including the BALDSPLASH name, logo, images and text, belongs to BALDSPLASH and may not be copied or used without permission.

7. Reviews and submissions

If you submit a review, photo or comment, you confirm it's your own honest experience and give us permission to display it on our site and social media.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, BALDSPLASH is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or site. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product.
