Free shipping

All BALDSPLASH orders ship free.

Processing time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays).

Delivery time

- United States: estimated 7–12 business days after your order is processed.

- International: delivery times vary by destination and are usually longer than for U.S. orders.

Delivery estimates aren't guaranteed. Delays can happen due to carrier volume, weather, holidays or customs.

Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number so you can follow your package.

Customs, duties and taxes

International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes or customs fees charged by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Shipping address

Please double-check your address at checkout. We're not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice a mistake, email us as soon as possible and we'll try to update it before the order ships.

Lost, stolen or damaged packages

If you added Shipping Protection at checkout, contact us and we'll send a replacement or issue a refund for orders lost, stolen or damaged in transit. Without Shipping Protection, we'll help you file a claim with the carrier.
